Declaring State Highway to be Limited Access Road: State Highway No. 60, Puramahoi to Parapara Beach Road It is notified that Transit New Zealand, by resolution dated 30 April 1997, and pursuant to section 88 (1) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, hereby declares that part of State Highway No. 60, commencing at the south-eastern boundary of Patons Rock Road (at RP 89/12.80) on the north-eastern side of the highway and at the south-eastern boundary of part Lot 3, D.P. 2164 (at RP 89/12.78) on the south-western side of the highway and proceeding in a generally north-westerly direction to the south-eastern boundary of Parapara Beach Road (at RP 103/8.96) as more particularly shown in Plan LAR 10/60/12 and accompanying Schedule held in the office of the Regional State Highway Manager, Transit New Zealand, Wellington, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.
