``Unsound Fruit'' Cut-off Day for the 1997 Kiwifruit Season Pursuant to regulation 13dd, in relation to regulation 13de of the Kiwifruit Marketing Regulations 1977, kiwifruit found to be unsound after critical non compliance with coolstore standard occurring on or before cut-off day, Kiwifruit New Zealand has resolved that the cut-off date shall be Sunday, the 14th day of December 1997 (end of week 50).
