Declaring State Highway to be Limited Access Road: State Highway No. 14, Whatitiri Road to Waiotama Bridge It is notified that Transit New Zealand, by resolution dated 30 April 1997, and pursuant to section 88 (1) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, hereby declares that part of State Highway No. 14, commencing at the junction of Whatitiri Road and State Highway 14 (at RP 15/1.58) and proceeding in a westerly direction to the western abutment of the Waiotama Bridge (at RP 15/8.89), as more particularly shown in Plan LA 11/55/3 and accompanying Schedule held in the office of the Regional State Highway Manager, Transit New Zealand, Auckland, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.
