Consultation on ACC Employer Premium Experience Rating ACC, acting on behalf of the Minister for Accident Rehabilitation and Compensation Insurance, must consult with premium payers and other interested parties on proposed changes to the Experience Rating Regulations. Under section 167 (2) of the Accident Rehabilitation and Compensation Insurance Act 1992, premium payers are invited to make written submissions on the proposed changes. Copies of the proposed changes are included in a discussion paper which is available by writing to ACC, P.O.
