Westport Sawmilling Company Limited Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993 Andrew Marchel Oorschot and John Worrall Wheelans, chartered accountants of Christchurch, hereby give notice that on the 11th day of April 1997, they were appointed as the joint and several receivers and managers of the property of Westport Sawmilling Company Limited, under the powers contained in a debenture given in favour of the ANZ Banking Group (NZ) Limited, dated 27 September 1995, which property consists of all the undertaking, goodwill and assets relating to the operation of the business carried on by the said Westport Sawmilling Company Limited.
