Window Market Place (1997) Limited Notice of Appointment of Liquidator Pursuant to Section 229 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1955 We, Andrew Marchel Oorschot and Garth Raymond Samuels, hereby give notice that for the purposes of winding up a non-trading company and pursuant to section 211 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1955, we were appointed as joint liquidators of Window Market Place (1997) Limited, with effect from the 30th day of June 1997. The directors have resolved that the company was solvent prior to our appointment and therefore, pursuant to section 213 (8), no creditors meeting is required to be called.
