Wisewhey Corporation Limited (in liquidation) Notice of Appointment of Liquidators Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, John Anthony Waller and Colin Thomas McCloy, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of Wisewhey Corporation Limited. The liquidation commenced on the 19th day of May 1997.
