Notice of Dissolution of Partnership We, David John Roache, Pauline Mary Roache, Neil Alexander Robbie and Louise Mary Robbie, all care of 37 Coley Street, Foxton, hereby give notice that by agreement dated the 29th day of March 1995, we have agreed to dissolve the partnership previously carried on between us with effect from the 1st day of March 1995. The said partnership was known as the RTR Partnership, the said partnership being established by agreement dated the 12th August 1991 for the purposes of purchasing and developing for residential purposes lands in Union Street, Foxton.
