A S Wilcox & Sons Limited (``the company'') Public Notice of Amalgamation Proposal Pursuant to Section 209c (4) of the Companies Act 1955 Notice is given by A S Wilcox & Sons Limited of an amalgamation proposal affecting the company. The proposal involves the amalgamation under Part VA of the Companies Act 1955, of the company and Wilcox Management Limited on the basis that A S Wilcox & Sons Limited will continue as the amalgamated company. Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection during normal business hours by any shareholder or creditor of the company or of Wilcox Management Limited or any person to whom the company or Wilcox Management Limited is under an obligation, at the registered offices of the companies, situated at Union Road, Mauku, Pukekohe.
