In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Ace Sales Limited: Notice is hereby given that the order of the High Court of New Zealand, dated the 8th day of December 1995, confirming the reduction of the capital of the above-named company from $170,000 to $4,000 and the minute (approved by the Court) showing with respect to the capital of the company as altered the several particulars required by the above statute were registered by the District Registrar of Companies at Christchurch on the 21st day of December 1995. And notice is further given that the said minute is in the words and figures following: ``The capital of Ace Sales Limited was by virtue of a special resolution and with the consent of an order of the High Court dated the 8th day of December 1995, reduced from $170,000.00 divided into 85 000 ordinary shares of $2.00 each to $4,000.00 divided into 2000 ordinary shares of $2.00 each and that such reduction be effected by payment to the shareholders.'' At the time of the registration of this minute all shares in the company are fully subscribed according to law in the case of a private company and are fully paid up.
