Broadwood Investments Limited (``the company'') Public Notice of Amalgamation Proposal Pursuant to Section 209c (4) of the Companies Act 1955 Notice is given by Broadwood Investments Limited of an amalgamation proposal affecting the company. The proposal involves the amalgamation under Part VA of the Companies Act 1955, of the company, Maurice Kain Holdings Limited and Maurice Kain Investments Limited on the basis that Maurice Kain Investments Limited will continue as the amalgamated company. Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection during normal business hours by any shareholder or creditor of the company or of Maurice Kain Holdings Limited, or of Maurice Kain Investments Limited, or any person to whom the company or Maurice Kain Holdings Limited or Maurice Kain Investments Limited is under an obligation, at the registered offices of the three companies, all situated at Level Four, Textile Centre, Kenwyn Street, Parnell, and also at Level Seven, Tasman Buildings, 1622 Anzac Avenue, Auckland. A shareholder or creditor of the company or of Maurice Kain Holdings Limited or of Maurice Kain Investments Limited, or any person to whom the company or Maurice Kain Holdings Limited or of Maurice Kain Investments Limited, is under an obligation, is entitled to be supplied free of charge with a copy of the amalgamation proposal upon request, to the company or to Maurice Kain Holdings Limited or Maurice Kain Investments Limited.
