Copies of the amalgamation proposed are available for inspection for any shareholder or creditor of Hayley Holdings Limited or any person to whom Hayley Holdings Limited is under an obligation at the registered office of Hayley Holdings Limited during normal business hours and; A shareholder or creditor of Hayley Holdings Limited or any person for whom Hayley Holdings Limited is under an obligation is entitled to be supplied free of charge with a copy of the amalgamation proposal upon request to Hayley Holdings Limited.
