Brillfridge Holdings Limited Public Notice of Amalgamation Proposal Pursuant to Section 209c (4) of the Companies Act 1955 Notice is given by Brillfridge Holdings Limited of its proposal to amalgamate with McAlpine Refrigeration Limited with effect from 1 April 1996. McAlpine Refrigeration Limited is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Brillfridge Holdings Limited. No change in the control of the company is proposed. Post amalgamation, the company shall be controlled in the same way as McAlpine Refrigeration Limited. Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection during normal business hours by any shareholder or creditor of the company or of McAlpine Refrigeration Limited, or any person to whom the company or McAlpine Refrigeration Limited is under an obligation, at the registered office of both amalgamating companies, being 1117 Walls Road, Penrose, Auckland. Any shareholder or creditor of the company or of McAlpine Refrigeration Limited, or any person to whom the company or McAlpine Refrigeration Limited is under an obligation, is entitled to be supplied free of charge with a copy of the amalgamation proposal upon request to the company or to McAlpine Refrigeration Limited.
