Colourart Postscript Imaging Limited Public Notice of the Amalgamation Proposal The Companies Act 1955 The boards of Colourart Studios Limited and Phigra No. 30 Limited and Colourart Postscript Imaging Limited, hereby gives notice that it is intended to amalgamate Colourart Studios Limited, Phigra No. 30 Limited and Colourart Postscript Imaging Limited pursuant to the provisions of Part Va of the Companies Act 1955, and to continue as an amalgamated company Colourart Postscript Imaging Limited, with effect from the 1st day of April 1996.
