Amendment to a Notice Revoking the Reservation Over a Reserve Pursuant to section 6 (3) of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator for the Waikato Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby amends a notice revoking the reservation over the recreation reserve, dated the 20th day of August 1996, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 94 of 29 August 1996, page 2465, by inserting the following words after ``described in the Schedule hereto'': ``. . and further, declares that the said land may be disposed of by The Taupo District Council in such manner, and on such terms and conditions as the council shall determine''.
