Change of the Classification of Parts of a Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Department of Conservation, Hawke's Bay Conservancy hereby changes the classification of those parts of the Marine Parade Foreshore Reserve described in the Schedule below, from recreation reserve to local purpose (tourist and visitor facilities) reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.
