Amendment to a Notice Revoking the Reservation Over a Reserve Pursuant to section 6 (3) of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator for the Waikato Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby amends a notice revoking the reservation over reserves, dated the 16th day of June 1994, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 62 of 23 June 1994, page 2091, by inserting the following words after ``descriptions of the said lands'': ``. . and further, declares that the said lands may be disposed of by The Thames-Coromandel District Council in such manner, at such price, and on such terms and conditions as the council shall determine, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the council's reserves account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of the council, or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves''.
