Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation Pursuant to sections 338 (1) and 340 of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart as Maori reservation for the purpose of a timber reserve, and as a place of cultural, historical and scenic interest for the common use and benefit of the people of New Zealand. Schedule Wellington Land District All those pieces of land situated in Block V, Kaiwhata Survey District and described as follows: Area ha Being 2.5 Parts Ngapuketura 6C2B and 6D and being part of the land contained on ML Plan No. 4870, as created by partition order dated the 3rd day of April 1952, and ML Plan 2161, as created by partition order dated the 31st day of August 1910.
