Declaration that Land is a Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Department of Conservation, Otago Conservancy, hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by The Queenstown Lakes District Council on the 30th day of August 1996: ``That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, The Queenstown Lakes District Council, hereby resolves that the piece of land vested in the said district council and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be and the same is hereby declared to be a local purpose (cemetery) reserve within the meaning of the said Act.
