Amendment to a Notice Declaring Land to be Held for Conservation Purposes Pursuant to section 50a of the Conservation Act 1987, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Canterbury, hereby amends the notice dated 15 September 1994, declaring land to be held for conservation purposes, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 22 September 1994, No. 96, page 2925, by substituting the description of the land referred to in the Schedule thereto with the following: being Section 1, Block XI, Benmore Survey District, S.O. 21084 Dated at Christchurch this 7th day of October 1996.
