Vesting of a Reserve in The Nelson City Council Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Acting Regional Conservator, Nelson/Marlborough Conservancy, Department of Conservation, hereby classifies the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, as a local purpose (cemetery) reserve, and vests the said reserve, in The Nelson City Council in trust for cemetery purposes.
