Revocation of the Reservation Over Part of a Reserve, Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How the Proceeds of Sale May be Utilised Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator for the Bay of Plenty Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation over that part of the recreation reserve described in the Schedule hereto, and further, declares that the said land may be disposed of by The Tauranga District Council by way of amalgamation into the title of the adjoining property, at such price or other consideration and on such terms and conditions as the council shall determine, subject to the net proceeds of sale being paid into the said council's reserves account, with such moneys to be applied towards the improvement to or purchase of other land for public reserve.
