Change of Classification Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator of the Auckland Conservancy, Department of Conservation, hereby changes the classification of the reserve described in the First Schedule hereto, from recreation reserve to local purpose (road) reserve, and further, changes the classification of the reserve described in the Second Schedule hereto, from local purpose (site for a scout den) reserve to local purpose (road) reserve. First Schedule North Auckland Land District Auckland City 306 square metres, more or less, being part Lot 189, D.P. 20243 and part Allotments 321 and 322, District of Tamaki; marked as area ``A'' on S.O. 68418. Second Schedule North Auckland Land District Auckland City 210 square metres, more or less, being part Lot 189, D.P. 20243 and part Allotment 322, District of Tamaki; marked as area ``B'' on S.O. 68418. Both subject to Gazette notice No. 792475.1 and 729476.2 (New Zealand Gazette, 1981, page 1570). Both contained in part certificates of title 21B/71 and 21B/72.
