Notice of the Decision of the Minister of Lands re the Assigning of Place Names Whereas pursuant to section 12 of the New Zealand Geographic Board Act 1946, notice was given on the 13th day of July 1995 of the intention of the New Zelaand Geographic Board to assign the name Wai o Taiki Bay to a bay in the Tamaki River estuary and to a residential area adjacent to Wai o Taiki Bay, Auckland. And whereas objections were received to the proposed names and were dealt with pursuant to section 13 of the said Act. Now therefore, I hereby declare that it is my decision that the name of the said bay shall be Wai o Taiki Bay and the name of the residential area will be Wai o Taiki Bay, and that such decision shall take effect on the 13 day of August 1996.
