Declaration that Land Shall Vest in The Queenstown-Lakes District Council and Proceeds to be Paid into Queenstown Reserves Sales Account Pursuant to the Queenstown Reserves Vesting and Empowering Act 1971, the Minister of Conservation hereby declares that, the land described in the Schedule hereto, shall vest as an estate in fee simple in the mayor, councillors and citizens of the district of Queenstown-Lakes, and further declares that all money received by the council on the sale or lease of the said land shall, in accordance with the said Act, be paid by the council into a separate account, know as the Queenstown Reserves Sales Account. Schedule 1494 square metres, more or less, being Section 1, S.O. Plan 24322 (formerly part Section 105), Block XX, Shotover Survey District. Part certificate of title 109/294.
