Amendment to a Notice Authorising the Exchange of a Part of a Reserve for Other Land Pursuant to section 6 (3) of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator of the Nelson/Marlborough Conservancy, Department of Conservation, hereby amends an error in the notice authorising the exchange of a part of a reserve for other land dated at Nelson on the 25th day of August 1995 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 26 October 1995, No. 122, page 3779, by replacing the ``part Lot 1'' in the First Schedule by ``part Lot 4'' and further replacing the ``part Lot 4'' in the Second Schedule by ``part Lot 1''.
