Cancellation of the Vesting in Nelson-Marlborough Health Services Limited and Vesting in the Picton Health Trust of a Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator of the Nelson/Marlborough Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, cancels the vesting in Nelson-Marlborough Health Services Limited of the local purpose (rest home) reserve described in the Schedule hereto, and further, vests the said reserve in the Picton Health Trust in trust for rest home purposes.
