Amending a Gazette Notice Authorising Exchange of Part of a Reserve Pursuant to section 6 (3) of the Reserves Act 1977, and pursuant to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator of the Northland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby amends the notice Authorising an Exchange of Part of a Reserve published in the New Zealand Gazette on 7 December 1989, No. 216, page 6110, by the deletion of the First and Second Schedules and the substitution in their place of the following schedules: First Schedule North Auckland Land District Far North District 194 square metres, more or less, being Lot 3, L.T. Plan 172142 (part Lot 4, D.P. 33775), accessway reserve, situated in Block IV, Mangonui Survey District, and being part certificate of title 318/152. Second Schedule North Auckland Land District Far North District 197 square metres, more or less, being Lot 5, L.T.
