Classification of a Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977 and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Department of Conservation, Otago Conservancy, hereby classifies the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, as a recreation reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act. Schedule Otago Land District Clutha District 23.0801 hectares, more or less, being Sections 1 and 2, S.O. 24264 and Section 1, S.O. 15513, Block XII, Tokomairiro Survey District.
