Student Allowances Regulations 1991 Values for Married Students with Earning Spouse Over Combined Income Limit Pursuant to section 303 (2) (b) of the Education Act 1989, I hereby prescribe the following values for married students whose combined income, before the deduction of income tax, exceeds the following amounts: $31,720 with no dependent children $nil $32,760 with dependent children $nil This notice comes into force on 1 January 1997.
