Notice of Disclaimer Under Section 338 of the Companies Act 1955 In the matter of the Land Transfer Act 1952, and in the matter of section 338 of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Tacons Transport Limited: Take notice that I, Geoffrey Mark Dangerfield, Acting Secretary to the Treasury, pursuant to section 338 of the Companies Act 1955, hereby disclaim for and on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen, all right, title and interest of Her Majesty the Queen in the following properties: (a) Firstly, an estate in fee simple in all that parcel of land containing five hundred and six square metres (506 m), more or less, situated in the Borough of Kumara, being section 263, Town of Kumara (Block XII, Waimea Survey District), and being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title 1B/264, Westland Registry; and (a) Secondly, an estate in fee simple in all that parcel of land containing one thousand and twelve square metres (1012 m), more or less, situated in the Borough of Kumara, being sections 261 and 262 of Reserve 128 (Block XII, Waimea Survey District), and being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title 2A/921, Westland Registry; being properties formerly held by Tacons Transport Limited, a company removed from the Companies Register on 14 June 1993, and formerly having its registered office at Greymouth.
