Dunedin District Prisons Board Appointment Pursuant to section 132 (2) (a) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985, the Minister of Justice has been pleased to appoint David James Robert Holderness District Court Judge of Christchurch, to be a member and chairperson of the Dunedin District Prisons Board for a term of 3 years on and from 24 July 1996.
