Acting District Court and Alternate Environment Court Judge Appointed Pursuant to section 10a of the District Courts Act 1947, and section 250 of the Resource Management Act 1991, His Excellency the Governor-General, has been pleased to appoint William John Martin Treadwell, District Court Judge of Wanganui, to retire on 4 October 1996 to be an Acting District Court Judge, to exercise civil and criminal jurisdiction within New Zealand for a period of 2 years on and from 7 October 1996, and to be an Alternate Environment Court Judge of the Environment Court on and from 7 October 1996.
