Confiscation of Motor Vehicle Pursuant to section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985, notice is hereby given that Peter Brent Hale, contract carpenter of 26 McLean Street, New Plymouth was convicted of a charge of excess breath alcohol in the District Court at New Plymouth on the 18th day of January 1996.
