Motor Vehicle Disputes Tribunal Established Pursuant to section 97 (1) of the Motor Vehicle Dealers Act 1975, I, Douglas Arthur Montrose Graham, hereby give notice of the establishment of an additional Motor Vehicle Disputes Tribunal to be known as the Auckland No. 2 Motor Vehicle Disputes Tribunal, and further give notice, pursuant to section 97 (3), of the appointment of the following persons to serve on the said tribunal: Geoffrey David Wiles, barrister of Auckland, to be the chairperson; and Gary Burkett, automotive engineer of Auckland, to be a member; and Brian John Felton, consultant of Rotorua, to be a member.
