Notice of Intention to Amend an International Air Service Licence Pursuant to the International Air Services Licensing Act 1947, the State Sector Act 1988, a delegation from the Minister of Transport, dated 19 December 1995, and a sub-delegation from the Secretary for Transport, dated 21 December 1995, I, John Gibson Bradbury, General Manager International Relations, Ministry of Transport, hereby give notice that I intend to exercise the power conferred by section 14 of the International Air Services Licensing Act 1947, to amend the terms of the international air service licence issued to Kiwi Travel International Airlines Limited to include an A320 among the types of aircraft that may be used for the operation of the airline's services.
