TIZARD, Governor-General ORDER IN COUNCIL At Wellington this 26th day of February 1996 Present: Her Excellency the Governor-General in council Pursuant to section 3 (1) of the Agricultural and Pastoral Societies Act 1908, Her Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order. O r d e r 1. Title and commencement (1) This order may be cited as The Canterbury Sheep Exhibitors and Breeders Agricultural and Pastoral Association Incorporation Order 1996. (2) This order shall come into force on the 28th day after the date of its notification in the Gazette. 2. Incorporation of society All persons who, immediately before the commencement of this order, are members of the Canterbury Sheep Exhibitors and Breeders Club, or who, on or after the commencement of this order, become members of the society in accordance with its rules and with the Agricultural and Pastoral Societies Act 1908, are hereby incorporated into a body corporate having the name ``The Canterbury Sheep Exhibitors and Breeders Agricultural and Pastoral Association Incorporated''.
