Designation of Security Designated Aerodrome Pursuant to section 82 (1) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, I, Maurice Williamson, Minister of Transport, hereby designate Palmerston North Airport Limited's Palmerston North Aerodrome, situated on that parcel of land containing 150.4840 hectares, more or less, situate in the City of Palmerston North, being Lots 1 and 2 on Deposited Plan 77499 and 5 lease areas, namely Lot 1, D.P. 17615, Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 19875, Lot 1, D.P. 20593, Lot 1, D.P. 41281 and Lot 1, D.P. 48546 as a security designated aerodrome.
