Notice of Intention to Take Land Take notice that The Dunedin City Council proposes to take under the Public Works Act 1981, the area of land being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title 8C/1188, being an area approximately 10.33 hectares located at Townleys Road, Kaikorai Valley, Dunedin. The land is required for the establishment of a water treatment station and storage facilities. The taking of the land is considered by The Dunedin City Council reasonably necessary to improve the water supply for the lower levels of the Dunedin City. Objections may be made to the Registrar, Environment Court, Justice Department, Private Bag, Postal Centre, Wellington, by the 20th day of January 1997.
