A declaration that it was the beneficial owner of Gold Coast prior to its judicial sale in the proceeding M. No. 122/94. 4. An order tracing the intervenor's equitable proprietary interest in Gold Coast into the proceeds of sale of the ship paid into Court in proceeding M. No. 122/94 and into the balance of the security standing for the ship in M. No. 4/92. 5. An order for payment out to the intervenor's solicitors, Chapman Tripp Sheffield Young, of the balance of moneys remaining in Court in proceedings M. No. 4/92 and M.
