Printers Engineers (Christchurch) Limited (in liquidation) Public Notice of Intended Removal of the Above Company From the Register Notice is hereby given that we, the undersigned joint liquidators of Printers Engineers (Christchurch) Limited (in liquidation), whose registered office is situated at 227 Cambridge Terrace, Christchurch, intend to deliver to the Registrar of Companies the final reports and statements referred to in paragraph 231 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1955, with the intent that the company be removed from the New Zealand Register, pursuant to paragraph 293 (1) (e) of the Act on the grounds that the liquidation of the company has been completed. Unless written objection to such removal, under section 296 of the Act, is delivered to the Registrar of Companies at Christchurch by the 3rd day of January 1997, the Registrar may remove the company from the Register.
