EnergyDirect Appliances Limited Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal of the Above Company From the Register Pursuant to Section 293 of the Companies Act 1955 (``the Act'') Notice is hereby given that it is intended to remove EnergyDirect Appliances Limited, whose registered office is situated at 45 Knights Road, Lower Hutt, from the Register by request, pursuant to section 293 (1) (d) (i) of the Act, on the grounds that it has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its memorandum and articles and the Act.
