Whanganui Old Town Development Company Limited (``the company'') Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal of the Company From the Register Pursuant to Section 295 of the Companies Act 1955 Registered Office: 19A Victoria Avenue, Wanganui. Notice is given that a request will be made to the Registrar of Companies to remove the company from the Register of Companies, pursuant to section 293 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1955. The grounds for the request are that the company has no surplus assets after paying its debts in full or in part, and no creditor has applied to the Court, under section 211 of the Companies Act 1955, for an order putting the company into liquidation. Objection to removal of the company from the Register may be given to the Registrar of Companies at Auckland within 28 days of the date of this notice, pursuant to section 296 of the Companies Act 1955.
