Publication of bankruptcy adjudications and of debtors admitted to a No Asset Procedure changed in December 2018. From that time the Insolvency and Trustee Service has published all adjudications in the New Zealand Gazette by providing a link from the Gazette website to the Insolvency Register.

In Bankruptcy Application for Release From Administration Pursuant to Section 133 of the Insolvency Act 1967 Notice is hereby given that a statement of account showing in detail the receipts and payments in respect of the bankrupt estate of Francis Edward Hocken, and a statutory declaration verifying the same, have been duly filed at the High Court at Timaru, and notice is further hereby given that on the 8th day of August 1996 at 10.00 o'clock in the forenoon, or as soon thereafter as application may be heard, I will apply to the High Court at Timaru for an order releasing me from the administration of his estate.
