Advertisement of Application for Putting Company into Liquidation M. No. 9/96 Take notice that on the 23rd day of August 1996, an application for putting Bell Hill Mining Company Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Greymouth. The application is to be heard before the High Court at Greymouth on the 29th day of October 1996 at 10.00 a.m. Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
