The Traffic (Revocation of Notices : Buller and Westland District) Notice No. 1, 1996 Pursuant to section 52 (3) of the Transport Act 1962 and regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976, and under and by way of powers delegated to me from the Minister of Transport in an instrument of delegation dated the 31st day of August 1990, I, Grant Stewart Ellis Milne, Acting Secretary for Transport give the following notice: N o t i c e This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Revocation of Notices : Buller and Westland District) Notice No. 1, 1996. Pursuant to section 52 (3) of the Transport Act and regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976, the following notices are revoked: 1. The Traffic (Buller County) Notice No. 1, 1979, dated at Wellington on the 18th day of December 1978, issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962 and relating to a speed restriction at Punakaiki. 2. The Traffic (Westland County) Notice No. 1, 1989, signed at Wellington on the 29th day of May 1989, issued pursuant to the Transport Act 1962 and to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976 and relating to a speed restriction at Franz Josef. 3. That part of the Traffic (Westland County) Notice No. 1, 1972, dated at Wellington on the 27th day of January 1972, issued pursuant to regulations 27 and 27a of the Traffic Regulations 1956 which relates to a speed restriction on No. 6 State Highway (Blenheim-Invercargill via Nelson and Greymouth) at Fox Glacier.
