The Traffic (Hamilton City) Notice 1996 Pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962 (``the Act''), and to an instrument of delegation from the Minister of Transport to the Secretary of Transport dated 31 August 1990, I, Grant Stewart Ellis Milne, Secretary for Transport, give the following notice: N o t i c e (1) This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Hamilton City) Notice 1996. (2) Pursuant to section 52 (2) of the Act, the road specified in the Schedule is excluded from the limitation as to speed imposed by section 52 (1) of the Act.
