The Authorised Futures Dealers Notice 1996 (No. 5), Amendment No. 2 Pursuant to the Securities Amendment Act 1988, the Securities Commission gives the following notice: N o t i c e 1. Title and commencement (1) This notice may be cited as The Authorised Futures Dealers Notice 1996 (No. 5), Amendment No. 2, and shall be read together and deemed part of The Authorised Futures Dealers Notice 1996 (No. 5) (hereinafter referred to as the principal notice). (2) This notice shall come into force on the day after the date of its publication in the New Zealand Gazette. 2. Interpretation Clause 2 of the principal notice is hereby amended by deleting the definition of ``electricity price futures contract'' and substituting the following definition: ``electricity price futures contract'' means a futures contract relating to wholesale prices of electricity or prices of transmission of electricity between persons who are named in clause 3 (2) (a) of this notice. 3. Clause 3 (2) (a) of principal notice amended Clause 3 (2) (a) of the principal notice is hereby amended by adding the following subparagraph: (xii) Electricity Market Company Limited or EMCO Clearing House Limited. 4. Schedule of principal notice amended The Schedule to the principal notice is hereby amended by adding the name ``Electricity Market Company Limited''. 5.
