The Authorised Futures Dealers Notice 1996 (No. 5), Amendment No. 1 Pursuant to the Securities Amendment Act 1988, the Securities Commission gives the following notice. N o t i c e 1. Title and commencement (1) This notice may be cited as The Authorised Futures Dealers Notice 1996 (No. 5), Amendment No. 1, and shall be read together and deemed part of The Authorised Futures Dealers Notice 1996 (No. 5) (hereinafter referred to as the principal notice). (2) This notice shall come into force on the day after the date of its publication in the New Zealand Gazette. 2. Interpretation Clause 2 of the principal notice is hereby amended by deleting the definition of ``person'' and substituting the following definition: ``Person'' for the purposes of subparagraphs (ix) and (x) of clause 3 (2) (a) of this notice includes groups of related companies as that term is defined in section 2 (3) and 2 (4) of the Companies Act 1993. 3. Schedule of principal notice amended The Schedule to the principal notice is hereby amended by adding the names ``Energy Brokers New Zealand Limited'' and ``Trans Power New Zealand Limited''.
