Declaring State Highway to be Limited Access Road State Highway No. 27 Matamata to State Highway No. 27/29 Intersection It is notified that Transit New Zealand, by resolution dated 5 June 1996 and pursuant to section 88 (1) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, hereby declares that part of State Highway No. 27 on both sides of the highway commencing at the intersection of State Highway No. 27 and Burwood Road (at RP 66/9.84) and extending in a southerly direction to the intersection of State Highway No. 27 and State Highway No. 29 (at RP 66/17.47); as more particularly shown on plan LA/20/105/2, Sheets 1 to 9, and accompanying Schedule held in the office of the Regional State Highway Manager, Transit New Zealand, Hamilton and there available for public inspection to be a limited access road.
